About us We, Liana and Raimonds, the owners of the countryside
sauna Re Start zone, until recently were typical townsmen. Life in the city
has no fault but the time came when we felt the desire to be closer to nature.
And we were crazy enough to take this step in the summer of 2017. Raimonds
then started his studies at the Sauna School and it became clear that we will
have our own sauna in the countryside where both the sauna master and his
guests - sauna lovers would feel comfortable and pleasant. It was not an easy
task to rebuild the old, not really comfortable and time-damaged log house,
but now - in the beginning of 2019 - it is finally ready! Just the way we
wanted it - with a spacious and comfortable sauna room that also features a
4-handed sauna course, a separate room for relaxation and with the possibility
to stay overnight after the sauna ritual when the least you’ll be willing to do is take the ride home.
Raimonds is ready to start working as a sauna master as in summer 2018 he
completed his Sauna School course and has improved his knowledge and skills
in various master classes. However, the word "ready" does not seem
to be quite appropriate for either the sauna house or Raimonds as a sauna
master, because the saunas are never fully ready and the profession of a sauna
master requires development all life long. We are ready for that too! And we
are ready to share the knowledge and innovations we have gained with our sauna
lovers, giving them the opportunity to gain great and every time different pleasure
enjoying a quality treatment, purifying and rejuvenating both mentally and
physically, thus strengthening their overall health - in one word, RESTART.
To be more energetic, joyful, competitive and more interesting to the fellow men,
and for sure - happier too! The wonderful countryside peace, the beautiful landscapes at all times of the year and the
rich vegetation all seem to be way too much for ourselves exclusively - we
want to share it all with our fellow men giving them loads of positive
emotions and strengthening the understanding of the beauty of nature of our
